Why the Jackovosaurs eppy sucked...

I'm gonna flat out say it. That episode was pretty far down there. Although the Jar Jar Binks references were good ("Isn't he funny?" "He's just annoying"), the rest of the episode was pretty pitiful...

The reason this episode sucked is that, as is the case for TV shows, it was made probably a coupl'a month ago (knowing Matt and Trey, though, it could've been made at the last minute...), during the height of work on the SP movie. So you see, they had their attention more on the movie than the episode. Maybe.

Does anybody else agree, or hate me now...? :)

I do hope the movie is funny, of course... if it's anywhere near as good as the original 7 episodes, plus a couple of others elsewhere in the South Park hierarchy, then it could very well be one of the funniest movies ever made.

Let me say that while I have not yet seen Cannibal or Orgazmo, I thought Baseketball was one of the funniest movies I've ever seen... it the SP movie is anywhere near as funny, then I know I'll go back to see it a few times.

Wonder if anyone's going to be picketing the movie?

The show usually has 2 or 3 weeks to churn out an episode.....Jackovasaur was most likely finished a couple days before the night it aired.
