Of the 1,100 posts in this NG still on my server, only about 175 are even *obliquely* about South Park. And that's judging from the *headers*, many of which have long since ceased to apply, because pairs of look-at-me geeks are just using the threads to play psychotic volleyball. (The 1,100 also excludes the results of 21 killfile specs, so the real ratio is even lower.)

Newsgroups aren't like chatrooms, where throwaway messages just drift off the top of the screen. Everything you say here SITS here for a good long while. So each time some bored, spoiled, drunk, or testosterone-deprived idiot uses this space to vent his insecurities and pretend he's important, more of the people who *might* post things genuinely worth reading decide not to bother.

If the shoe fits, wear it. Or eat it. Or shove it up your ass. Or masturbate. Any of these are viable alternatives to posting when you don't have a goddamn thing to say. If this newsgroup is your only *outlet* for things to say, you need more outlets. And a life.
