New Episode on Oct. 2!!!

We've got a new Halloween episode coming up on October 2, according to CC's schedule...

SOUTH PARK (30mm) Saturday, Oct 2 10:00PM All new Halloween episode of our favorite kids Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, and Stan.

That just isn't right. That's a Saturday, and new eps air on Wednesdays. Try October 27.

Yeah, but they repeat the show on Saturdays. I'm thinking that, instead of repeating the Wednesday show then, they'll run the new Halloween one.

I think you're dreaming. Wouldn't it make more sense for the new Halloween episode to air a little closer to Halloween (i.e. four days before instead of 29 days before)?

Steve, I can't tell you how many times Comedy Central's website has said one thing, but then they aired a completely DIFFERENT thing. Just ask anyone who watches The Kids in the Hall with any regularity there. But it doesn't mean I won't be watching on Oct. 2nd. :)

You go by that, and you defy logic. I mean, for weeks the site didn't know the names of the episodes to come (Jakovasaurs? Tweek vs Craig?). And now it offers a Saturday premiere for an episode? And then only for one day? Unprecedented. I trust its later listing of October 27th as the new Halloween episode. Plus, on the 13th and the 20th, CC will show the other two Halloween episodes to prepare you for this one. No point in doing that if it shows on the 2nd.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see if they actually show it then. And, yes, I know CC's schedule changes all the time. Time will tell...
