Last night's episode (Meccha Streisand) was hilarious. I don't care what you say. (Cartman singing a slave song ... that crazy japanese music... a quadripaligic swedish guy on a horse ... it was all-out on the edge and hilarious.) Now, in the past months I've observed at the high school a growing trend of people wearing South Park shirts. At the time, it was considered "hip". Now, I'm noticing the number of people wearing them have gone down and a lot of people that wore the shirts, don't even watch the show. It's now clear that those people are band-wagoners. "Posers", "Front-runners", you know what I mean. This pisses me off. Only about 4 of my friends regularly watch it now. When I asked one kid if he saw last night's episode he said, "I don't watch South Park. It's old." What the hell is that? That's absolute bullshit. Last night's episode proved that South Park still is alive and kicking. (It got it's TVMA rating back too!) So, for those of you who thinks South Park is "old". I have one thing to tell you: Get off that fucking wagon you came in on. We don't need your ass stinking up the ride. And for all the rest of us REAL South Park fans and watchers to unite. Wear your t-shirts proud and fuck the rest. Watch South Park every Wednesday regardless of who doesn't watch it. Because the fact is: South Park IS the funniest damn show on TV. Period. you are deserving of a round of applause (a roar comes over the crowd)

today i was talking about SP at school and one of the people who i considered to be a faithful follower told me to shut up because he was sick of the show

granted there are a great number of putzes out there who think they are cool because they have a SP shirt but that doesnt mean us REAL fans cant still enjoy the show i have to admit while i like the episode it was a little fucked up

i caught myself laughing more because i was asking myself WHAT THE HELL WAS IS GOING ON but come on mothra was hilarious and that japanese guy singing i soiled myself during that part

but to get back on topic whatever happened to watching a show because you liked it not WELL SOMEONE WHOS COOL LIKES IT SO I HAVE TO ALSO get a life people

Me too.

There are so many fake fans at my school it makes me sick. I bet they don't even know what "The Spirit Of Christmas" is.I've been watching SP since the first episode and SoX, and I'm a true fan, unlike all these posers who buy an SP T-shirt and think they're cool.

I agree.

The man is right. South Park has got to be the funniest damn show out there. Nothing even comes close to it. My friends and I talk about it every Thursday morning. One question though: What was the phrase that Cartman was using to describe kicking each other in the nuts? I couldn't quite make it out, so I want the correct words.

I agree with you, on the most part, except for that I didn't really enjoy last nights episode as much as the others (but I think that's becuase I never seen any godzilla movies, and I'm not familiar with the Cure) but I am a total SP fan all the way and will remain a fan, even if other people say it's "old". (No one I know yet has said that they think SP is old....)
