Anybody know what Cartman's second line was in the theme song?

"Ample parking day or night, ?????"

I've listened to it with headphones about a dozen times and still can't make it out...

Could it be.... "ample parking day or night, People shouting howdy neighbor!" ???

Probably not.... but it sounds sorta like that.....

The line is 'people spouting "Howdy neighbor!"' not 'shouting'.
