SP Counselor looked like Ben Stein?

Anyone else think Stan's counselor looked kinda like that irritatingly famous Ben Stein?

I don't know why he irritates you. He writes brilliantly and movingly, he's a creditable actor within his (narrow) range, and he hosts the smartest, funniest game show since the original "Jeopardy" (the new "Jeopardy" is unspeakably wimpy). Not only that, but he plays against the contestants for his *own* money! When was the last time you saw that on TV?

And he has nothing to do with "South Park." I'm 100% sure he'd hate it if he ever saw it, but I don't hold that against him. It's definitely not for everyone. In fact, it's not for *anyone*, by the creators' own admission!

I think the counselor was a lot like Mr. Van Dreesen, the high school teacher from Beavis and Butt-Head. He had that sanctimonious tone and "MMM-Kay" quip which parodies Van Dreesen to a tee.

Actually, Trey and Matt must have gone to my undergrad alma mater, because the likeness was dead on for my Logic and Critical Thinking Instructor (PHIL106). Right down to the haircut.
