    The rest of your reply gets jumbled with accusations and phrases.  You say
that it's not ego or that other bullshit, it's psychological warfare.  Since
when did such basic concepts of egoism and internet anonymity become a basis
for psychological warfare?  That claim really confuses me, and it also poses
the question whether or not you really understand what you're talking about.
Place your hostility towards me aside and try to understand the concepts I'm
conveying.  They are deep, but simple.
    Also Frank, seniority has been scientifically disproved to be a dependable
grounds on judging who is more fit to rule, so I don't know where you're
getting those ideas from.

Why would it have to be scientifically disproven in the first place? Beyond the extra experience that an older person has, I can't think of any reason that an older person would make a better leader than a younger. Or the other way around. Leadership is a quality that you either have or you don't. It's not something that is acquired over time, although it may be refined over time.
