The idea behind the original post is that Celine Dion and Terrance split up after Ike was born, and she gave Ike up for adoption. The Broflovskis adopted him (Kyle would not know the facts just yet). Celine sent daughter Sally (who would be Ike's older sister) off to school somewhere, but Terrance got a letter saying that Sally had been kidnapped in Iraq, which is why he and Phillip went to get Sally.
An interesting idea, but the first part is not true, as far as anybody knows.
