I know this has been posted before so don't get your panties in a bunch. I want to know if anybody has translated the Spanish phrases that were on the chalk board in one of the episodes. I wrote them down:
Chupe Mis Chi Chis No Me Toque Los Houevos Mi Verga es fea y morena
I know they mean something dirty.

Translation for the spanish phrases:
Chupe mis chis chis=Suck my tits
No me toquen los huevos= Don't touch my eggs (idom for testicles)
Mi Verga es Fea y moreno= My Vagina is Ugly and dark (this has also been translated to read "My dick is ugly and dark" but since it's a feminine noun, i'm going with vagina)

No. Verga *does* mean dick. There are *several* Spanish slang words for male and female anatomy whose gender is the opposite of what they describe. For example con~o means cunt. See <http://ifiasurf5.fzk.de/se/spanish.html> for a long list of slang terms.
It should be noted here that "toquen" is plural. That is, the person saying "Don't touch my balls" is saying it to 2 or moire people at once. An orgy in South Park. Who'd'a thunk it.

Moreno can mean dark or brown. Usually if it's meant as "brown" it refers to someone's hair or eyes. (Or maybe they just didn't want to teach us about dick-color in 7th grade....)

That's why I said dark. Moreno is used to refer to complexion (skin color), also. To say someone has brown hair, or to say that someone has dark skin (like Italians generally have darker shaded skin), you would use the same word; moreno.
I spent this summer in Mexico, so let me give this a shot:
Chupe... = Suck my "Chi Chis" (still don't know) No me... = Don't touch me. Los huevos = Balls (in Mexican Spanish) Mi verga (sp?) = My dick is ugly and dark
