I was just reading an old 1992 article about the band Spinal Tap that used the word "hella". I thought "hella" was a South Park original, but I musta been wrong. Any of you people use that word before Cartman did?

I think it may have come from California. I had a pen pal from there who was using it in 1986, and it sounded pretty stupid even then.
