When Skuzzlebutt shows up, "SHOOT HIM HE'S COMING RIGHT FOR US!!" Ned shoots, CLICK, Oh no, out of ammo!
Yet, later in the episode, ned drops the same gun and it kills kenny, notice an error there? No ammo, yet it kills kenny, hmm..

And miraculously, Kenny was still alive the next episode.
