Hey, after the whole thing over what kenny says in the theme, I thought I'd find out what Cartman says. So, I slowed it down to half speed, and now I know what he really said. Everyone was saying that he said "Neighbors spouting howdy, neighbor," but it is really people spouting howdy neighbor. Sorry about posting binaries, but the file itself is 19k and should download in an instant.

It sounds more like shouting than spouting, but it IS difficult understand. :-)

A. This newsgroup is NOT a binaries group. They do not belong here. Keep posting them, and your e-mail address will be added to my killfile.
B. That wav file has got to be the lousiest quality I have ever heard. If you are going to send binaries, sample them at something higher than 8 KHz, please... (44.4 kHz would be sufficient and decent quality).
A note on Killfiles:
Anyone that is using Outlook Express, which is the e-mail and newsreader client that is shipped with Internet Explorer 4.0, might have noticed that there is a very easy to use killfile as part of the usenet newsreader. You can access the settings by using the pull-down menus ("Tools", then select, "Newsgroup Filters"). You can filter any messages from a particular e-mail address, or a message with a particular subject, or contains any particular words in the subject). So, if you want to drastically reduce the time you read news, and filter all the spam and kill the trolls, then I strongly suggest checking this neat little tool out... (it's about time Bill Gates actually made something I like :) . . .
