Encinada/ Papa's & Beer

What was the deal with Encinada in this week's South Park? I went there recently on a cruise, and I agree with most of what they said was true - (but Papa's & Beer was a pretty wild place). I couldn't take it for much more than a day, but it was a fun getaway. Did M&T have a bad experience there?

First, just an fyi, its spelled Ensenada. Also, although the place where Papa's and Beer is located is in the "good" part of town, the rest of the city is pretty much as portrayed in SP...I kinda wish that there were a couple taco stands in the episode though, real mexican tacos are the bomb...and cheap too :)
