This may be a stupid question but as a fan I can't help by asking:
Why is Kenny have to dress up that way? (I mean cover up almost completely)his brother looks less "strange" than him.

It's a total mystery. He still wears his clothing while sleeping or playing sports. Must feel uncomfortable after wearing it for so long.
