Kenny theory

Does anyone suppose Mad Splicer (the mad genetic engineer) is responsible for recreating Kenny after every episode by cloning?

I still say with the South Park and Wrestling Connection growing, watch them get the Undertaker to provide his voice to his likeness, who turns out to be Kenny's long lost uncle.
