Where is episode 108?????

107 Pink Eye 108 SHOULD BE STARVIN MARVIN but on everyone else's websites, Starvin Marvin is 109??

THEORY (not fact): When the orders went out for the 13 episodes for next year after the show got popular, Matt and Trey had already done episode 108 feeling the show would get picked up (with CC telling them they wanted a Halloween Episode in advance). 108 could be the first January episode we see (since the X-Mas episode is 110), with the second episode in January being 111. OR - 108 is so vulgar and trashy - we have to wait to see it on video (we can dream - can't we?).

Could have something to do with the Thanksgiving episode being released early. Maybe the next new episode will be 108.
