Leaving Kenny alive in every episode would probably shock viewers as much as killing him permanently... not to mention it would've been a much better decision... Blah. Maybe when the show starts plummeting down quickly, they'll be forced to bring him back from Hell in hope of getting better ratings.

Now, of course, he does nothing at all. But on the show he was good for at least one thing other than dying: getting the adult references that go over everyone else's heads.

The actor who played Kenny demanded too much money and since they couldn't meet his demands they killed the character for good. ;-)
