Question about "Rochambeau"

Does anybody here speak French? I was thinking that if "Rochambeau" is a name for the traditional rock, paper, scissors game, maybe Rochambeau is a combination of parts of the three French words for rock, paper, scissors. Unfortunately, I took Spanish in HS, and I don't know anybody who speaks French, so I don't know for sure. Not that this is really productive or anything, just an idea.
