I saw the Movie !!!!

Greetings brothers & sisters,

I just returned from the sneak preview of SP in Boston...I will not go into details and spoil the movie, but let me just say, THIS MOVIE FUCKIN' ROCKS !!!!

To compare it to the Beavis & Butthead movie is comparing shit to steak, & I thought the B&B movie was ok, but this movie was just fantastic !! Innovative, creative, hysterical, the story moved along, the songs were cool...overall justa good freakin time...

Listen for George Clooney, Minnie Driver, Eric Idle, & Mike Judge, among others !!

You will not be disappointed !!

I just saw it here in Toronto, and I agree 100% with Steve's review. Absolutely brilliant. Trey and Matt take full advantage of their freedom from TV censors, but the movie is also an intelligent (if not-very-subtle) satire of holier-than-thou do-gooders.

I'm going this weekend to see it again with some friends. I highly recommend it.

FUCKING SWEET!!!

I was impressed with the whole thing from beginning to end. Not much can be said in terms of spoilers, plot, etc. that hasn't already been said on this newsgroup, other than, go see it on Wed. I'm going to see it again on Wed. and will probably go again by the end of next week.

On a side note, there were no appearances (that I could see) of Mr. Hankey, Jesus, Maphesto, Ms. Crabtree, and the Tweek cameo was way to short.

Anyway,

Tweek was ice skating with the other kids & he didn't say anything. I didn't notice Jesus, but that scene was quick and I may have blinked. I'll check when I see it again on Wed. night. To add to my list above, I just remembered that I didn't see Damien either, which is really odd considering the amount of time they spend in hell & with Satan. Maybe they'll all be in the 2 min. that were cut and will hopefully re-appear on video.

Damien actually wasn't shown at all in Hell. :) He was sitting in the movie theater, a few seats down from Cartman and company during the Terrance & Phillip movie. :)

Damien is on the movie, he is sit on the first seat first row when the kids go the theatre for the second time !

All of the South Park characters (including Maphisto and the supposedly-absent Mayor) were in the Finale.

Also, did anyone catch the Mecha-Streisand poster as the kids were leaving the theatre the first time?
