He didn't die. He got stuck to the grill below the bus, that's all. He was knocked unconscious and dragged all the way to Mexico...but presumably since he was smacked by the grill, and yanked under by the force, he wasn't coming in contact with the road...just the undercarriage of the bus.

Did not. They scraped him alive but scruffy off from the bus chassis.

Deepest apology. I just watched 411. It came to be a surprise.. I would've thought Kenny died when he was hit by the bus. if this is the case, then Kenny might not have died in most of the previous episodes... cos we all assumed that he died, and maybe he wasn't, like in this episode.

Really? I didn't see any blood come out from the back end of the bus, and there wasn't any on the road. As it turns out, Kenny was just stuck under the motor and pried down at the Ensenada gas station. Cartman sees him at the end of the episode and realizes that Kenny didn't die and go to hell, but lived and went to a worse place.
