Did Matt write this?

It sounds like something he wrote before South Park, but it's in a 2000 issue of this magazine. Either way, it's pretty cool.

Does anyone here know Mr. Stone's educational background? This writer of the above piece seems to have taken a lot of upper level college math courses. I thought Matt (and Trey) were more than anything, film majors.

Matt is definitely a math genius. I've read that he took calculus in the sixth grade and was doing a math/film double major at Univ. of Co. He also has a Jewish mom and an economist dad, so it seems fairly plausible that he did, in fact, write the piece.

He did. Only a math major like him could've written it. What's more, Blue Lawn was started by David Goodman, who's known Trey since high school. Both David and Trey met Matt in college, and David writes for South Park.
