4/1/98 episode

Man, I am a huge fan but I tell you what, it was painful to watch that abomination of a show on 4/1.

I liked the opening with the teaser of Cartman's dad and the April fool, but I kept waiting for the show to get to South Park!!

The T & P "Special Presentation" looked like it took them about 5 minutes to think up and put together. There was little humor, no story, and it really pissed me off to have waited 4 weeks for something, and get this piece of shit.

I dont really care who Cartman's father is, as long as it's funny...What was on last night was a piece of shit, in my humble opinion.

I have to agree with you. I don't think that Terrence and Phillip are very funny-- even as satirical statements. Whenever T&P make an appearance on the show I stop laughing. They act as a slap to the face.

South Park rules, but Matt and Trey ought to be shot for putting that piece of trash on as an April Fool's joke. At least I wasn't fool enough to watch the entire episode. As soon as I realized what they were up to I changed the station. I appreciate a good joke, but they should have come up with something that was FUNNY!

It was not a good joke. After FOUR weeks of hyping up a new episode, to put on the crap they did and call it an April Fools joke just doesn't cut it. I really don't care if they were to reveal Cartman's dad or not, I just was looking forward to a funny SOUTHPARK episode. What they did was just plain lame. If they had followed up with the new episode at 10:30, that would have been acceptable, but to say "haha, the new episode isn't until May 20th", which is SEVEN WEEKS later is a bunch of bullshit.
