What is Cartman saying?

In the UK, the ep with Big Gay Al just aired, but I can't figure out what Cartman is saying at one point. "My mom says that God hates homosexuals." That's as far as I get. Then he says something about sodomies and France. Can anyone tell me what he says? If this has been asked before I apologise, I've only been reading this group for about a week. ...so, coming from Cartman it was probably "smoked". Probably Mrs. Cartman said "smote", and "smoked" is the way he interpreted it.
