People Shouting "Howdy Neighbor!"

What does Cartman say in the theme? It sounds like "Ample parking day or night" then I can't follow.

People spouting "HOWDY NEIGHBOR" I did'nt catch it the first time either, but I
got it eventually.

What is "humble folks without temptation" in reference to?

It'd actually "Ample parking day or night, people SPOUTING 'Howdy neighbor!!!'"

The closed captioning for this show is done fairly well and is usually accurate. Since Congress mandated all sets be equipped with it and most manufacturers added it even before the law passed, you probably have it in your set.

On a totally different subject, why is goddammit bleeped out on every stand-up gig on CC, but not SP? Is it the timeslot? Just curious.
