In the bus accident episode, when the parents were trying to find the kids, I saw this real life picture of this blonde boy. Was that supposed to be Kenny unmasked? Because I read that in a "very special episode", Kenny would finally be unmasked.

That was former kid star MacCulley Culkin (sp?). It was meant to be a joke
P.S. If there was a live action South Park movie, I think that he'd make a good Stan, since Culkin wears similar clothing to him in "Home Alone II".
