BASEketball!

OK for some people this may be off the topic juuuuust a bit but i was just wondering, does anyone have any inside info on BASEketball? I went to the site and i got some cool info (and a REALLY HILARIOUS trailer for the movie in .MOV format) but i was wondering if there is a fan site outthere with info....

P.S.: I at first had my doubts aboot the film when i first heard aboot it but then i saw the commercials and i cracked up, now i watched the trailer and let me tell you, if you loved Naked Gun movies and Airplane! and High School High this is a GREAT LOOKING film i mean who can say watching a group of pro football players doing their victory dance a la riverdance is not funny?!? now i can't wati to see it more than ever!

I never doubted the credibility. I thought it looked funny from the first time I saw the preview, and I'll be first in line to see it.

It should be noted that in the recent Playboy interview Matt and Trey did (the previous issue... not the one with Julie Brown nude in it) they said that David Zucker had seen some of their short films and offered the chance to do the movie last year, but it was at the same time that Comedy Central was getting Matt and Trey to do South Park, so they put the project on hold. Despite what some people may think, Matt and Trey got the movie before they got well known from making South Park.

Yeah i knew aboot the Trey and Matt being hired before SP came out thing. BTW thanks fer the www.baseketball.com site i only knew aboot the .NET one!

What's the word on alt.tv.southpark ? Brian Spence wrote in a 3 line message with a subject line BASEketball?. Well I could hardly let them get away with that !

All I know is that two people make up their own sport and call it baseketball. They love it because there's no stress like in other games and there's no money or envy involved. It takes off big time and they get offered wads of cash and everyone turns on each other over the sport.
