I just downloaded the 600 MB ASF South Park Movie from the binaries group, and i'm interested in ripping my favorite sounds, songs, and video clips from the movie file, but i have no idea how to do it. Would anyone know of a program or technique that would help me?

Wow, you actually downloaded 600 megs? You must have a speedy connection. Anyway, I have no idea how to rip that stuff. Maybe you could find some software that does it if you search the net.
