Man, that was the humor in it. If you hadn't seen Big Gay Al's you wouldn't have knew the reference. But, It's coming right towards us!!!! had me rolling. It was a giant inside joke for all who had seen Volcano. If a person had never seen Volcano, they wouldn't have understood what he was doing. It was a great scene and very funny way to kill Kenny

the whole show in general is getting a little old to me. ren and stimpy, in many ways, is more out there that sp. i love sp, but a lot of the "cultish" repetition can make the shows predictable. the simpsons has these elements also, but it always seems fresh and full of ideas.

I agree, even though I like SP. Repeating the exact same jokes over and over will not be good for the show in the long run. It's like the older Beavis and Butt-head episodes.....after the newer ones, it was just less funny to hear them do nothing but say "That would be cool/this sucks" about everything ad nauseum, and changing the channel when a video sucked. When they started doing different things and actually stuck through the "sucky videos" (and made hilarious comments), it got much better IMO.

They need to come up with new stuff, and new twists on the recurring jokes. If they do that, I think things will be just fine.
