Didn't you see the last episode (Big Gay Al) where Chef got to give Kathy Lee some 'sweet lovin'? I think Cartman's mom is too busy with other people after listening to Eric's little tirade about someone smoking crack while dressing him up as a mailman and screwing some guy in his dad's bed :)
