Is the XMas special going to be on Sat. and Sun. (as is the case with the SP reruns for that week)? And will the Ned Christmas Caroling short be on too? (I saw Ned, but had to miss the Xmas special because some people hogged up the TV)

Not only did Kenny not die, he actually had an intelligeble line! (Of course, I've forgotten what it was.) BTW, the ad for the SP Christmas didn't say "...and Kenny dies."

I think they missed the boat not having Kenny die. It was a nice little "Christmas" touch, but I don't think the precedent is established enough for them to break it yet.

They had the perfect opportunity during the finale song with candles. Kenny should have burst into flames and ran offscreen, unnoticed by the town, who continue singing. When the song ends, you see rats run across the screen, and Stan looks off; "Oh my GOD--" CREDITS.
