Rochambeau...?

Does anybody know what this refers to? This name sounds familiar as someone in history.

1. Rochambeau was a french rev. 2. "Rochambeau" is a nickname is some places for "Rock, Paper, Scissors" 3. Cartman likes kicking people in the nuts. 4. Cartman calls his nut kicking game, "Rochambeau"...I could make a game where you lift up someone's skirt and call it "Rockambeau"...it has NOTHING to do with the first 2 points...it's jsut a name, don't panic.. 5. Since when does Southpark stay with the scheme of things?? or make any sense? it doesn't :)
