Where was Elvis???

Why did they leave Elvis out of the Hell Luau? A gathering of famous dead people in a Hawaii-like setting, and they left out The King? He could've sang a few solo notes, and it would've added a "Blue Hawaii"-like touch to the atmosphere. They even had other musicians, like Jerry Garcia, Frank Sinatra, and Dean Martin, for god's sake!
