Boy Meets World Meets South Park!

Okay I am just wondering what anyone's take was on friday nights (9:30 pm EST) Boy Meets World where they ripped Scream in Sean's dream but also threw in quite a few South Park references.

BTW, I watched this because my son (who is only 7) lives for stupid TGIF and Sabrina was looking quite hot in her leather rock and roll outfit on the show before this one. It brought me over to the screen and I saw the next show to come on had Jennifer Love Hewitt (are them implants?) on it in a Scream send up so I decided to watch.

Little did I realize Cory's brother Eric was going to start spewing forth quite funny rips from South Park.

His first was "Hidee ho!" ala Mr. Hanky which he delivered exactly like Mr. Hanky with the arm wave and all. The second was his toned down "Oh my gosh! They killed Kenny!" which anyone with half a brain could see coming from a mile away when we found out the extra's name was Kenny. The third was similar "Oh my gosh! They killed Pheeny!" which was delivered when the principal died.

Just wondered if anyone saw it and what they thought. Don't be afraid to say. I thought it was kind of cute and the SP references made it even funnier.

OK I have to admit, I like Boy Meets World and watch it when I'm getting ready to go out on Friday nights. I read an interview with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Will Friedle(Eric, the older brother on the show) around X-mas time and they both said that they live for South Park and have never missed and episode. So I think the referances probably weren't written in I think they might have been thrown in.

My 7year old daughter also lives for Sabrina and TGIF, so we also saw the BMW and my wife and I both laughed out loud at "Hidey Ho!" My daughter thought it was funny that we were actually laughing with "her" shows, even though she didn't get the SP references.(10:00pm is too late for her on a school night) After thinking on it for a few minutes, I was a little pissed that they were ripping off SP, but then I thought "What they hell am I complaining for? It made me laugh and that is really all you can ask for from a TV show." So I say "Rock on, BMW!" (and yes, Sabrina was looking hot in her rocker outfit, and that Topanga chick ain't half bad either!)

Same with her. I'd watch Party of Five simply because it has Neve Campbell, who isn't half as hot as everyone seems to think, and Jennifer Love Hewitt, who is as hot as everyone seems to think, if the show didn't suck so much.

I was going to watch Dawson's Creek one night because I thought Hudson Leick, the best actress you've never heard of, was going to be on it <she was on 7th Heaven a few days before for anyone who really cares, so I missed it :(>. I'd heard the regular cast members were easy on the eye, so when I didn't see her name as a guest star, I figured I'd watch it anyway, but try as I might I simply couldn't watch more than 5 minutes of that show. It's a real shame that there is so much crap on TV these days.
