SOUTHPARK - THE MOVIE!!!!!!!

I am a bit surprised the shockwave has not hit here yet but it is true. Southpark is getting a movie! At a SPECIAL sneak peek of Star Trek Insurrection last night (12/8/98) the SouthPark teaser was shown! While it is a bit hazy too me here is is what happened...

It starts out by showing a real shot of a computer and a desk. The narrator begins to speak of how well technology has advanced and how computer animation is at it's best level. Then the camera zooms into the computer and a laser begins to create polygon frames and so on. Then when the narrator is done talking about how "the largest project ever, with a budget of $630 million and the top animators from all over the world including Japan comes..." Then the camera makes a drastic zoom out and.......

IT'S CARTMAN!!!!!! The crowd went INSANE (even more than when the movie played) Cartman begins to do that crazy German dance and the the title appears, something like Southpark: Unedited, Uncut Then it goes back to Cartman and he says: "Damn! I'm huge!"

This is not a lie, this is not a hoax and no, I am NOT high! This is the truth. Hopefully if you go to the movies this weekend you can see it yourself. Later!

- The script has been finished and delivered to Paramount exec Sherry Lansing. Stone says "Lansing is reading it right now and probably bleeding her eyeballs. I would love, love, love to see her face. I think they thought we'd put in a few naughty words. But its like downright R-rated"

Could someone please tell me more about the Southpark Movie. I have heard a bit about it but am still unsure about the release date,storyline,etc.

According to the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com), the plot is that the boys get sent off to military school as punishment for harrassing Mr. Hat! :-)

"South Park: The Movie" is due out in the spring. Kick ass!

That's because there's five versions of the trailer...I haven't seen any of them yet (since I rarely get out to the movies...but when the SP Movie comes out, I'll be there, drinking Jolt Cola and all! ;P) but in the Comedy Central Digest thingy it said there were five different versions of it. I'd download 'em but I don't think I have the right programs to play them. So, anyone know what the other versions are?

There are five (Count them) FIVE different SP Trailers. They all start the same but finish with Cartman saying something a bit different.
