Heck no. I could really tell the difference. The new chick (or chicks?) seem to have Mrs. McCormick down pat, and Ms. Crabtree, but Stan's mother and Cartman's mom sound very different. But its to be expected. Yeah, I could really tell the difference between the old and new voices. If you can't, grab an old episode and the new one and just listen. It shouldn't be hard to hear the distinction.
Does anyone know how many people they had to find to replace her?
