Anybody ever take note in the 1st season ,episode "Death" when all the parents gathered around TV station to protest their cartoon(Terrance and Phillip) when TV's manager(Cartoon central)refused to axe the show parents started to bounced themself onto the wall, the 1st person got hit on the wall (and die horribly) was Mr. McCormick, Kenny's father!
Is this the only episode where both Kenny and his father died?

...No, you all missed it. Kenny's father in "Death" looks very different from Kenny's father ever since. In "Death" he had a mustache and beard. Ever since, he's had a Fu Manchu mustache, no beard. And in "death" he did not wear a "SCOTCH" cap.

Yeah, plus they still show that other McCormick guy in most episodes...it's probably a relative... But also, in "death" they called the mothers the wrong name (unless I'm really missing that refering to something else).

But remember that they changed the name of Stan or Cartman's mother early on in the first season... it's not like everything was written in stone, dude.

Actually, Stan's mom and Kyle's mom had "Carol" as their first names for that episode. Cartman's mom was yet unnamed. After reviewing the script, I see that Mr.McCormick did die on the building's face. This premature death thing seems to run in the family.
