The carosel references. On the show, when you were 30 or 35 they put you through carosel. Which was supposed to make you a kid again.

Oh, now I remember Carpsel! The age was 30. When I first saw the film I thought that was really old. :-) But I thought it was supposed to kill you. Most people didn't know that; Logan found out and that was why he ran. At least in the movie version. I don't know much about the tv show.
Yes. Someone's car breaks down in a town containing a bunch of weird kids and no adults. And there were sacrifices to the corn god or something like that. I think the term "outlander" may be from Children of the Corn but I'm not sure. I know I heard it somewhere before.
