In the disturbing "Tom's Rhionoplasty," Mr. Garrison has his shirt ripped open by the rabid chicks. He's reveleaved to be bare-chested but in the flashback scenes of "Cartman's Mom Is A Dirty Slut," there is chest hair showing at the top of his shirt. What gives? Does Mr. Hat make him shave? Or is he a Nair Queen or just a huge Jeff Fahey nut?
