No, it's his evil twin, Jimmy. When Kyle and Jimmy were born, the parents decided that they didn't want twins, so Jimmy got dropped off at the foster home. Jimmy somehow found out who his real parents were and one night he went to their house and saw Kyle, and he realized that they looked alike and they had the same parents and looked about the same age. That's when he went bad. He didn't like how he got the short end of the stick when being chosen who his parents wanted to keep. So the evening they went to the buffet, Jimmy knocked Kyle out and took his place. And because Jimmy didn't know he was Jewish, THAT is why he was eating ham.
