My 9th grade teacher loved religion and spent a few month on it. Tao is a religion where you "do nothing". Basically, don't try to go change everything because the harder you work, the worse everything gets. Go with Nature, be simple because that is the way of life. Read the "tao of Pooh" It explains taoism through the popular cartoon charachter (can't wait for the sequel, the Tao of Kenny!!! JK!!!). It a good book even if you don't like pooh all that much. -me
