Mr. Mackey-Mr.Van Dreisen

Do you think Mr. Mackey is a rip-off of Mr. Van Dreisen from Beavis and Butt-head, only that he's not nice like him (Heck, everyone on South Park don't act nice to each other!)? He always ends a sentence with M-kay, kinda like him. Well, some of the people are a rip-off of other people in other adult cartoons.

It seems like every school has a male teacher or administrator that is boring and has some sort of speech tic that you can't help but mimic every chance you get.....

But I still think Mr. Mackey was cool when he was not under the influence of uptight right wing society, man.
