There's your highest ratings...note the highest only has 22 million...quite a lot away from 260, doncha think...but this is network television ratings...sure SP a low, 3 mill, but for cable ratings, that's great!...

SOUTH PARK FROSTY SOUNDS

No no no no I don't think you understand South Park is the top rated Cable show. Not the top rated overall show. It is the top show on Cable television. Also they just estimate how many viewers a show gets because there are only 5000 households that have a Nielson box. WCW Nitro is the highest rates cable show when South Park is a rerun.
