Amber Alert girl Jetseta Marrie Gage..what kind of fing name is Jetseta?

This girl who was abducted by an acquaintance who happened to be a registered offender...who the hell named her Jetseta, which I suppose is the ebonics form of "Jetsetter"!? I'd put the parents behind bars with the kidnapper on the grounds of poor naming skills alone.
