Better yet Ignore, Microsoft never send anything but text and never attachments. And never post anything to newsgroups. Only if you subscribe on there homepage to their security updates do they send you an email and in plain text with links only.

I do ignore, but it's quite tiresom to delete 90+ e-mails a day. I'm using a webbased e-mail service and the only filter they have is by by e-mail adress and the "msupdate" virus has different sender every time...., but as you see, I've only included my e-mail in the message and masked. So maybe I'll get some peace once all my other post has expired...

Note that Microsoft NEVER sends anything to you as an attachment to an email. Microsoft will ONLY direct you to their server for all updates and downloads.

Only a Hacker will send you "*.SCR" , "*.BAT", "*.COM", or "*.EXE" files attached to an email.

You can't even trust your friends !! because the HackerWare will USE their mail list, and attach the Hacker code to it without their knowledge.
