In the intro for the 4th Grade season, there are various cut-scenes from different episodes (Cartman in the afro, clone Stan, zombies from one of the Haloween episodes, etc.) Which episode is the Kenny-as-Elian-Gonzalez footage from? I've seen every episode, and I can't remember that being in any of them...

Kenny isn't portrayed as Elian, but the episode featuring the Rumanian gymnast quintuplets (aired 4/26/00; not sure of the episode number) was an obvious parody of the whole Elian Gonzalez brouhaha.
Awhile later, during one of the two 'Hell' episodes (aired 7/19/00 and 7/26/00) Kenny is run over by a bus & later pried off its undercarriage in Tijuana. But I don't recall any big fuss over repatriating him.
