Remember how in the South Park Terrance said the last thing he needs is MORE children? Could Ike be the son of Terrance and Celine Dion???

Nope, just Canadian; In an earlier ep (teh bris one?), Ike ran away to Canada and Kyle told his parents Ike was eaten by some wild dogs. I beleive it was then that they admitted that they adopted Ike from somewhere in Canada.

Not so. Kyle sent Ike away to Nebraska and made a fake Ike from animal bones and a pillow. His parents saw for themselves that "Ike" was eaten by Sylvester, the meanest dog in South Park, and the dog was hit by a gas track which exploded on impact, destroying the dog and "Ike". It was at "Ike"'s funeral that Kyle's parents explained why there was a Canadian flag on "Ike"'s tombstone, and Kyle explained to his parents exactly what happened to Ike. And so the trip to Nebraska to retrieve Ike.
