1) Which is the one and ONLY episode where Kyle didn't say, "You bastards!" after he cried out his famous, "Oh my God!"? {NOTE: This question omits both Spirit of Christmas', Mr Hankey, any short skits [like the Leno, Ace Awards, etc], and commercials.}

2. Uhmm... I don't really know what the Frosty episode is, but I'll take a shot at it. Is it Kenny?
The first question: I just watched the end of the Volcano episode, and after Kenny dies, noone says anything. The rats are seen scurring after the body, but there is no reaction from Kyle, Stan, or Cartman, or anyone, until Uncle Jimbo says that "Kenny is dead now, Stan".
For the Frosty episode question, Stan says "Oh my god, they killed Kenny" but the one who got killed is known to us today as Cartman. Later on, the Kenny we know of today dies, but noone says anything. Noone says "Oh my god, they killed Cartman"! So on the basis of the Frosty episode and the Frosty episode alone, Kenny dies but its actually modern-day Cartman who dies.
