This is the title of tonights Episode- "The Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka"
The Mexican Staring frog of S. Sri Lanka
These trailers have been telling us *nothing* lately...
Try talking to an Airsteam. They aren't mute.
according to their web site, they say "The Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka - Ned and Jimbos cable show goes head to head in a rating war with Jesus and Pals" willjune wrote in message ...
OK, now something is very wrong here. The week before 'Conjoined Fetus Lady', in which Chef sings, we were commenting on how Chef never sings anymore. The week of 'Conjoined Fetus Lady', we were talking about how we want more Jesus and Pals. Come the week of 'Mexican Starring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka', what is the episode going to feature? Jesus and Pals! Now, if these little discussions weren't placed so close together, I would say Trey and Matt are reading the newsgroup (actually, I think they are, as it was recently revealed they came up with Cliffhanger, Pt. 2 in two weeks, and they probably stole the 'hermaphrodite' thing from here), but as the dates of the episodes and our comments are too close, that can't be. Perhaps they're reading our every thought, digging into the back of our minds to find what makes us laugh! Perhaps...perhaps they are not of this world. Dude, it takes months to make one episode. It's just a coincidence, mmkay?

Let's be a little realistic here... it took Matt and Trey months to make an episode. The crew they now have working for them could probably crank out one every week or two. It's not like they're animating something more complex like The Simpsons or King of the Hill.

How long do you think it takes to make one show?
If you saw Dennis Miller Live, I think they pretty much admitted that they came up with Cliffhanger Part 2 just to shut everyone up. And Cliffhanger Part 2 was only *two weeks* after 'Not Without My Anus' (Yes, I *know* it's a coincidence. I had been thinking about the title of tonights all day and noticed a similarity in the title to Mark Twain's short story "The Celebrated Juming Frog of Calaveras County" that I read somewhere back in school on more than one occasion. The story is the one where a guy trains a bullfrog to jump farther than any other frog in the country so he would win a frog jumping contest, but another guy fills the frog up with lead shot so he can't jump. Just an observation...but I can certainly see the kids doing something similar.
Kevin
well Jimbo sure filled the Staring frog full of lead shot! Poor Ned...
Sounds like Willy Beamish

Speaking of which, does this imply gays in the South Park universe go to Hell when they die? The way Sadom Hussein and Satan were holding hands when they went out furniture shopping togther made me wonder...

This last episode proved that the Terrance and Phillip 'universe' and the South Park 'universe' are the same. If somebody from SP (that producer) and somebody from TP (Saddam_ were both in hell, they both had to be in the same universe, unless cartoons go to hell. Damn, I'm freaking myself out here. Talking about cartoons of cartoons going to hell?

I thought that last scene where Saddam and Satan was really bizzare. Even to find out they're a couple, or whatever, since Satan called Saddam "Honey."

"Not Without My Anus" WAS based on a true story, remember?
Something like "Hey, take a load off. Satan and I were abooot to go furniture shopping."
