Why does Stan never take off that stupid blue hat???

All four of the South Park main characters leave their hats on all the time, notably when Cartman had Chicken Herpes and got in the bath, taking off everything but his hat. Maybe it's just easier than thinking up loads of hairstyles...

Not ever, but still, interesting certainly. Well, Cartman takes his hat off when sleeping (as seen in Epi#216), but Kyle doesn't (Epi#112), and neither does Stan (Epi#215). Kenny obviously doesn't.

Really, no one knows why. No one knows why Kyle doesn't take off his hat, or Kenny doesn't take off his hood. Cartman, in Merry Christmas Charlie Manson eppie, took off his hat, though. Perhaps it was something in that Nebraskan air...;P

He also did it in a few other episodes. :-)
