The Spirit of Christmas was the topic of a short article inside the latest issue of Premiere magazine. In the article, it talks about the animated short and its creators Matt and Trey who used this short to finance their film Orgazmo. The article also mentions that plans are being made to make a live-action version of The Spirit of Christmas. Kick ass! The article also has a cool picture of Jesus, Santa and the boys of South Park together. A must read for all South Park fans. The article, however, doesn't make mention of the original Spirit of Christmas short featuring a killer Frosty the snowman.

I wouldn't like to see a live-action film either. A feature film, however, would be pretty cool - I think that was actually what they were talking about in the article rather than the live-action film.
The article in Premiere said that plans are being made for a live-action version of The Spirit of Christmas not a feature film. Now that I think of it, I guess a live-action version of it would suck. Even Mike Judge refused to make Beavis And Butt-Head into a live-action film and instead made Beavis And Butt-Head Do America. Also, the article on The Spirit of Christmas can be found in the issue of Premiere magazine with Matthew McConaughey (not Brad Pitt) on the cover.
